Once your item has been picked up, the FRAYT App gives you real-time notifications so you know where your item is and when it gets delivered.
From the homepage on the webpage, click on Matches in the top right bar.
On this screen, you will see all of the Matches entered under your account. You can filter these by choosing a selection from the drop down menu on the top left hand corner.
You can also search by the PO/Job # by entering it in the search bar on the top right hand side.
Once you located the Match, click on Match Details.
You will find the match details to include the driver's name, phone number and vehicle information. You can also follow the progress of the driver on the map.
