We've got two ways for you to place an order and get a driver on the way ASAP.
Placing a Match on your computer
Go to our web app at: www.frayt.app
You can either log in or create an account.
Begin by typing the address of the pick up location. A drop down menu will appear with multiple addresses. You must choose an address from the drop-down menu.
Begin typing the Drop-off address, and again choose the address from the drop down menu.
Select the type of vehicle needed to transport the item(s).
Select Today if this delivery is needed immediately. If this needs to be scheduled for another day select Schedule. Select the desired date from the calendar and specify a time below the calendar.
If a desired Drop Off time is needed, click on Choose Time.
You will see the Estimate of the delivery.
Click on Next Step.
Complete the dimensions of the product(s). This should be the total of all products together, not each product.
Select the box for Load/Unload if the driver needs to assist with this. Please note: Load/Unload fee will be added to the Estimate. This is determined by the weight of the load.
Click Next Step
Complete the notes for pickup, drop off and PO number if required.
If you want another person to receive notifications of the delivery, select Share and complete that field.
Click Next Step.
Complete the Payment Information.
Click Next Step.
Review your Match Details and ensure that to click SHIP in the bottom right hand corner.
Placing a Match on your mobile phone
Download our iOS or Android app here.
Once you open the app on your phone, you can either log in or create an account. You will then be brought to a screen that will allow you to put in the pickup and delivery address. You must start typing the address then choose from the drop down menu. Then you'll just want to click Next, complete the details of the product by filling out the dimensions. Select whether the driver needs to assist with load/unload. Click Next Step. Enter any pick up and drop off notes including a PO number and/or description of the product(s) then click Next Step and we'll get a driver dispatched at your requested time. Any updates will be sent to your phone as a notification. If you want a status update, you can open the order in your app to see what stage your delivery is at.
