For manually created orders, the FRAYT shipper app does not allow modification of matches due to the fact that a driver may already be en-route. Please use our Chat feature in the bottom right of this page to speak with an operations representative to get this resolved quickly.
If FRAYT is integrated with your company's Point-of-Sale system, a modification may be possible within your POS system. Please work with your internal operations/technical team to determine the appropriate method for modifying your deliveries.
