You have the option to add-on this service while placing an order by checking the "Load/Unload" checkbox. Please note, you will receive a single driver. For items too large for a single driver, please make preparations to have help available.
A contracted driver through FRAYT is not responsible for loading or unloading unless this service is selected, although under reasonable circumstances he or she may assist you. If you (the shipper) do not participate in the loading/unloading of the vehicle, you are expected to pay/compensate the driver for hand loading/unloading.
FRAYT's drivers are not expected to “set-up”, install, or assemble any deliveries. FRAYT's drivers are not responsible for haul away services.
