In any of the following situations at delivery;
Customer refuses load
Can't find/access location
Customer closed
Your first steps should be;
Reach out to support chat to report to our operations support team.
Make all attempts to contact the recipient (text, knock, call...etc)
Remain at location until further advised.
Step to take for a return
If you are advised to return, you should be compensated for the mileage unless voided by not following instructed actions.
In all cases:
Confirm you should return the load to the pickup location with Frayt operations support team
Once at the return location, find an associate to receive the load and get their name.
Take a good wide angle picture of the items at the return location.
