Unable to complete delivery

What do I do if the customer refuses a load, I can't access the location, OR otherwise can't complete a match delivery

In any of the following situations at delivery;

  • Customer refuses load

  • Can't find/access location

  • Customer closed

Your first steps should be;

  • Reach out to support chat to report to our operations support team.

  • Make all attempts to contact the recipient (text, knock, call...etc)

  • Remain at location until further advised.

Step to take for a return

If you are advised to return, you should be compensated for the mileage unless voided by not following instructed actions.

In all cases:

  • Confirm you should return the load to the pickup location with Frayt operations support team

  • Once at the return location, find an associate to receive the load and get their name.

  • Take a good wide angle picture of the items at the return location.
