We’re currently enhancing our driver rating system to better reflect overall performance. During our work on this update, you may notice fluctuations in your rating that may be impacted by how often you're active on the app, as you complete deliveries within the expected SLA, shipper ratings, and negative service timelines, amongst other technical factors.
During this transition, the rating cannot be manually updated by our team but ratings will not impact your ability to receive or match with offers. Our goal is to ensure the system more accurately recognizes the great service you provide.
We’ll share an update once the improvements are complete and ratings have been refreshed. In the meantime, please continue delivering the high level of service you’re known for.
