How to Update or Replace a Vehicle in Your FRAYT Account
Once in the app, click on the account tab, then documents. From there you will be able to upload the needed documents directly to the app! After they have been uploaded, they will be reviewed by our team and approved as long as they meet the document requirements.
Managing your vehicle details is crucial to meeting FRAYT's eligibility requirements, as only one vehicle is allowed per account.

Document requirements:
1. Front of vehicle from the exterior capturing the entire front in the picture.
2. Back of vehicle from the exterior with the doors or trunk closed capturing the entire rear of the vehicle including the license plate
3. Driver’s Side from the exterior with the doors closed capturing the entire side in the picture.
4. Passenger’s Side from the exterior with the doors closed capturing the entire side in the picture.
5. Cargo Area from the exterior with the doors or trunk open capturing the entire cargo area.
6. Vehicle License Plate Registration must be a clear image of the entire License Plate Registration document.
7. Insurance must name you as an insured driver of the vehicle and be a clear image of the entire declarations document or insurance card containing the vehicle information and expiration date.
To edit your cargo capacity:
Login to the FRAYT Driver app
Navigate to the Account tab
Tap Cargo Capacity
My account was suspended and can't access the app
If you encounter persistent issues with vehicle updates, try logging out and back in or ensure all document uploads meet FRAYT's clarity standards.
If your account was suspended due to your documents expiring, please email [email protected] to update your documents or change your vehicle.
