Deliveries done within the FRAYT app take 48-52 hours to process and reach your Branch account from the time you complete your delivery. This applies to deliveries, returns, and other compensation types. If you believe you haven’t received payment for a delivery, ensure you have access to your Branch account first, then contact FRAYT support further for additional help.

Navigating the FRAYT App for Payment Information
To locate specific payout details:
Open the FRAYT app.
Navigate to the completed routes section
To view compensation for deliveries, navigate to the specific route and select it
Scroll down to the "pay" section.
Payment for Deliveries and Returns
If an item is undeliverable and needs to be returned to the store, you will typically be compensated for both the initial delivery attempt and the return trip. This ensures that your efforts are fully recognized and rewarded.
Handling Cancellations and Attempt Payments
Canceled Deliveries
Compensation for canceled delivery attempts is displayed in the app under the "Account" section, under route payouts. Have the trip ID available for reference to the payout. If it does not show, it may have not been processed yet if it has been less than 48 hours since the state of the delivery was finalized.
Attempt Payments for Already Picked-Up Orders
In cases where a facility reports that an order has already been picked up, you must provide the name of the associate who gave you this information to qualify for an attempt payment. Without this detail, the payment may not be processed.
