FRAYT drivers have the ability to earn money by accepting deliveries, "matches," within the "blue" FRAYT driver app. Deliveries show when a shipper has created a match and sent this to the FRAYT app for a driver to select. Being an on demand service, what shows as available is what is available to accept.
New matches show under the "drive" and "match" tabs of the driver app. FRAYT sends these out based on your geographical distance from the pickup point. Drivers closest to the pickup receive the first option to accept the delivery. Then each minute, the notification of the delivery is sent to drivers within the next 5 miles. Drivers within 60 miles are able to see notification of a match available to select.
Having difficulty accepting a match?
If you are clicking the notification, and the match is not appearing in the app, it is likely it has been accepted by another driver or canceled by the shipper.
To check to see if a match is still available, click the matches tab or the blue tab on the map to bring you to the most current matches and update your location. You can also drag down on that page to refresh. At that point, if nothing shows available then nothing is currently available to accept.
