Congratulations! You've accepted a FRAYT match. Now what?
1) Turn on "En Route"
"Live Tracking" is the core feature of FRAYT's delivery app. Turning on "En Route" ensures the shipper receives live updates of the delivery progress.
2) Navigate to Pickup
Next select "Navigate to Pickup." Whether you have an iPhone or an Android, FRAYT will use your GPS system to navigate from your current location to the pickup address. The GPS will pop open separately. Return to the FRAYT driver app once you've reached your destination.
3) Mark arrived at pickup location
Once at location, mark arrived at pickup in order to move on to the next step, confirming pickup.
If you are given an error message, ensure your location is updated by clicking on your location pin in the "drive" tab and then retry marking arrived.
4) Confirm Pickup
Reference the "cargo information" and "pickup notes" within the FRAYT driver app and ensure you receive all number of pieces indicated. If they offer a "bill of lading" or "receipt" take a photo and add it to the match using the button in the app.
5) Navigate to Drop-off
After confirming the delivery, select "Navigate to Drop-Off" and the GPS will update with your current location to the drop-off address.
6) Mark arrived at Delivery location
Once at location, mark arrived at pickup in order to move on to the next step, confirming delivery.
If you are given an error message, ensure your location is updated by clicking on your location pin in the "drive" tab and then retry marking arrived.
7) Get Signature / Picture of drop-off
Once you've arrived, reference the "drop-off" notes for information to ensure an accurate drop-off. If the recipient is there, request an e-signature from them by clicking "Get Signature" in the app and ask for their last name to enter above the signature. If the recipient is not there, select "Photo of drop-off" to add a photo showing what and where it was dropped off. Call the shipper if not secure drop-off is indicated in the notes or present.
8) Confirm Delivered
Once the signature is submitted, confirm the delivery is complete by selecting "Confirm Delivery" from the app. The match will close and show in your historical matches. You will receive a delivery receipt for your records in an email.
