Why do I have "Missed Matches?"

You may have not even been offered them in the first place. What's going on with that?

On the Match offers list, you may see something that looks like this below the currently available Matches:

You may have never received a notification for these. We understand that this can be frustrating, but there is a reason behind this.

  • The first reason is that as soon as a Match is posted, we begin sending out notifications in waves to the drivers who are nearest. This Match is available for you to accept, but if another driver accepts it before you do, your notification will be canceled.

  • The second reason is that this section is intentional to help keep you informed. We want to show our drivers the flow of deliveries available in an area and to give you an idea of how much they pay, what type of vehicles are needed, and the distances these deliveries are on a regular basis. You are free to browse this list and we hope it will give you an idea of the type of offers coming up in the future and whether or not they are a good fit for you.

  • The third reason is that you may see a Match offer, intend to accept it, and then it disappears on you. It's not gone – another driver just beat you to it. We move it down to the "Missed Matches" section so that you can see what happened to the offer, and not that it just disappeared without a trace.

The bottom line is that even though you may not receive a notification, do not worry – you've not done anything wrong, and drivers are never punished for not accepting jobs. Hang around and we'll get you making money to the best of our ability.
